The goal of this patient-directed program is a more rapid and effective recovery from a personalized surgical procedure. It is designed for those of you who intend to be active participants in your surgical journey. Research, as well as our experience, has shown that patients fare best who take an active role in their own health. This includes educating yourself on the options that have been proven to support the best results.
The new program makes use of recent innovations now available for knee replacement surgery such as the ROSA® robotic assistant surgical system and the Persona® personalized knee implant. It also emphasizes the pre- and post-operative use of orthobiologics such as stem cells, exosomes, and bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC) to improve outcomes and enhance recovery from all joint replacement surgeries.
