Insurance

Zehr Center for Orthopaedics participates in the following health insurance plans. Covered procedures vary with each insurance company.

Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments, and remaining balances and are expected to keep paid up at each encounter.

If you do not see your insurance listed below or have any questions, please contact our office and our staff will assist you.

Payment at Time of Service

If you do not have medical insurance or are involved in a liability case, payment in full is expected at the time of service. We do not bill attorneys, nor do we wait for the outcome of your case. Although not encouraged, at times it may be necessary to rely upon a “payment plan” which can be negotiated with our business manager upon request.

You will be requested to sign our Financial Responsibility Policy before your first visit with us so that your financial obligations to the Zehr Center for services rendered are quite clear. Download our Financial Policy.
