Sara is a former critical care and recovery room nurse with over 25 years of high-intensity surgical experience gained in a variety of metropolitan and rural hospitals.
Sara received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Connecticut State University and her Master of Science in Nursing, Leadership, and Management from Western Governors University.
She served as the Director of Orthopedics, Robotics, and Surgical Programs at Physicians Regional Healthcare System and was the VP of Orthopedics and Surgical Services for Landmark Hospitals in Naples.
In 2024, Sara chose to step away from hospital life and joined the Zehr Center, where she is the heart of clinical services.
